Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from UW–Milwaukee. I believe the therapeutic relationship matters and should rest on mutual respect, trust, and commitment. Amy treats children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore thoughts and feelings and pursue positive change. I help clients recognize and strengthen their intuitive self-knowledge using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques.
