New clients should verify their insurance plan coverage prior to receiving a service at Alarus Healthcare, as insurance acceptance is not a guarantee of benefits paid. Clients are responsible for paying for services received if their insurance does not cover treatment.

Our office proudly provides counseling services and works with the county District Attorney in order to serve the community at all locations. Insurance is accepted for DPA patients for the Grafton and Beaver Dam clinics. Shown above is the rates for DPA patients in West Bend, as we are unfortunately unable to accept insurance for DPA patients in Washington County. Additionally, our office offers payment plans for all services, please speak to reception staff when making an appointment if you would like to set a payment plan.

We offer mental health counseling and substance abuse counseling. Additionally, we provide behavioral health services and medication-assisted treatment. Insurance is accepted; however, we also offer self-pay rates, a sliding scale, and hardship rates.
