Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (E.M.D.R.) Therapy
-
EMDR uses rapid eye movements (REM) or other bilateral movements to aid in the processing of negative events or experiences (these eye movements are similar to REM sleep patterns). Much of our healing processes (mental, physical, take place during sleep). EMDR uses this natural process to aid in healing and modifying the response to these events.
- EMDR Therapy is offered by Shannon Radl at our West Bend office.
