Catalina Deluna, LPC, SACIT. I am a bilingual dual diagnosis therapist. I provide services for mental health and substance use in English and Spanish. In the therapeutic process, I encourage a team-like approach with my client to work together to obtain their goals. My focus in session is creating a positive healing environment for my client to overcome their adversity.
A few of my specialties include: trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, chronic pain, and substance use. Therapeutic techniques that are used include: cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy, and progressive exposure therapy.
