Dr. Colleen Worth is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Dr. Worth has been in the nursing profession for 20+ years and has obtained her terminal degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) giving her advanced clinical practice skills and a strong background in leadership.

Dr. Worth has a passion for providing compassionate, individualized care for individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders, Dr. Worth integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic approach to support each patient’s journey to mental well-being. She is dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where patients feel heard and empowered to take control of their mental health.

Dr. Worth is deeply committed to working collaboratively with patients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate both medication management and therapeutic interventions. Whether treating mood disorders, substance use, or behavioral issues, Dr. Worth takes pride in offering an integrative approach to mental health care. In her free time, Dr. Worth enjoys traveling, being outdoors, spending time with family and her 3 dogs, which helps her stay balanced and refreshed to provide the best care possible for her patients.
