Madison Heitz, LPCIT

Licensed professional counselor in training.

Alarus services: Mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, behavioral health services, medication assisted treatment.

Madison is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training. She earned her Master of Science degree in 2025 from Concordia University and her Bachelor of Arts in 2023 from Miami University.

As a clinician, she has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from age 4 to 65. She most frequently works with teenagers and young adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. She is passionate about supporting individuals during seasons of growth, uncertainty, and self-discovery.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, identity exploration, or emotional overwhelm, she strives to create a supportive space where you can move at your own pace. In our work together, you will explore the challenges you’re facing while also identifying and building upon the strengths you already possess. Her role is not to “fix” you or take control of your journey, but to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and encouragement.

She believes healing begins when you feel genuinely seen and heard, not only for what you are going through, but for who you are. She takes a client-centered approach to therapy, creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment that honors your unique experiences, values, and voice.
