Alarus Healthcare, LLC.

Alarus provides mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, behavioral health services, medication-assisted treatment, telehealth prescriptions, and telehealth counseling. Advanced practice nurse practitioners on our team prescribe MAT including Vivitrol, Buprenorphine products (Suboxone, Zubsolv, Subutex, Sublocade) as well as many other psychiatric medications.

Our clinicians treat therapy as a collaborative process and act as supportive partners attuned to your story. Rather than prescribing solutions, they work with you to identify and pursue the goals that matter most. They use reflective, warm counseling styles to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space for exploring challenges and developing practical skills together.

Clinicians address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personal growth, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. They employ a person-centered, trauma-informed, integrative approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The treatment options also include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based modalities.
